As a species (and planetary community), it’s so crucial that we all are eating and growing foods locally – employing organic, non-industrial practices that don’t spread about life-killing pesticides and climate-destructive, synthetic nitrogen fertilizers. It’s definitely time to revitalize small-scale, diversified, culturally appropriate, and artful ways of interacting with the gifts of Earth.
